Salary: 5000-7000 PLN gross/month

As a Security Researcher Intern, you will be:

• Conducting hands-on research projects that bring value to overall security of the company while reflecting your personal interests
• Analyzing systems for security issues and helping develop solutions to address identified risks
• Contributing to projects centered around usage and/or deployment of SDLC security tools such as Web-application scanning or Static Analysis Security Testing (SAST) tool
• Working alongside security architects and researchers to help build security products and learning how to effectively communicate security requirements and issues to engineers

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be pursuing a program in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or related fields
• Be familiar with at least 1 programming language
• Have interest in security technologies, processes, and concepts such as cryptography, authentication and authorization, common vulnerabilities
• Be willing to try ideas and evaluate their effectiveness through hands-on experimentation
• Understand how the Internet and its networks and protocols (IP, DNS, HTTP, TCP or web architecture) work
• Be eager to know how and why things work, and how to improve them

Work in a way that works for you

Our 6-month interm program starts in July. The program requires you to be available 40 hours per week during summer months (July-September). We offer the opportunity to work part-time during the academic year (October-December).
