Job Description:

The HPI Account is looking for a seasoned professional for a hybrid role that combines Sales Development Account Manager (SDAM) and Marketing Development Manager (MDM) responsibilities, with an extension into strategic marketing and partner engagement. In this role you will lead our Consumer Client business in Mexico and Central America and be responsible for growing Intel volume, revenue and MSS in highly competitive market segments.


Qualified candidates must be passionate about technology, familiar with 4P GTM strategies, and energized by competition. The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Grow Intel volume and revenue in the Consumer and Commercial Notebook, DT and Gaming segments
  • Develop and execute joint marketing plans with the Tier 1 OEM to promote Intel-based solutions across commercial and consumer segments, drive higher market share and sell through revenue.
  • Understands business unit needs to develop partner programs for value creation.
  • Influences external partner sales teams in specific regions to maximize Intel based stock keeping units (SKUs) availability for sale.
  • Build strong relationships with the country retailers, channels, and partner regional team.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor on recommending alternative SKUs, competitive deal pricing, product/platform positioning in synchronization with partner account team for consumer/commercial sales opportunities.
  • Build brand equity to help Intel establish a leadership position in key growth segments

Note: This is a commissioned sales position.

As a successful candidate, you must possess:

  • Proven skills to build executive relationships with excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Knowledge of various routes to market:retail, channel and distribution

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of directly related sales and account management experience or product management.
  • 3+ years of experience in Pricing negotiation/ Customer Satisfaction Index (CSi) allocation/Recap Negotiation/Big Deal desk.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics.
