Working as a valued member of the Recruitment Team, the Supervising Associate will be accountable for planning and delivering hiring strategies for the different service lines and functions. You will need strong relationship development skills with both external and internal stakeholders.

In this role, you will work closely with the Country Recruitment Head to ensure that hiring activities for the assigned service lines are executed. Day-to-day activities may also involve working with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

Your key responsibilities

• Candidate Management. Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments – communication skills, technical, and behavioural interviews across all open roles. Build and present diverse & strong candidates to hiring managers. Arrange interviews accordingly and updates candidates regarding the status of their application. Finalize arrangements between stakeholders and candidates, including job offer until onboarding

• Stakeholder Management. Build strong relationship with offshore and local managers, global recruitment counterparts, and other cross-functional key stakeholders to communicate highly impacting recruitment updates and strategies

• Reporting. Prepare recruitment reports for key stakeholders including but not limited to Hiring Managers, Function Managers, Country Recruitment Head, and Talent Consultants

• People Management. Grow a team of high-performing recruitment coordinators

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Ideally, you must have 8 years of recruiting experience with strong experience in planning and project management skills with a track record in relationship management.

• Exposure to professional services firm is also an advantage though the lack of it is not a deal breaker for a great candidate.
