Job Description:

PayPal, Inc. seeks Associate Corporate Development in New York, NY

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Economics or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Special Skill Requirements:

1)Corporate Finance and Valuation: Ability to analyze business, build operating model, assess pro-forma impact on financials (2 years)

2)Statistical Analysis and Data Analytics: Ability to understand large sets of data and derive insights and solutions (1year)

4)Mergers and Acquisitions Project / Process Management: Experience running both buy side and sell side M&A processes (2years)

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualification:

Salary: $86,800-$161,300 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
