be responsible fordeveloping and implementing a comprehensive framework for collecting in-product feedback surveys. You will work closely with product team partners to ensure the successful integration of feedback mechanisms into our products.

You will da data-driven perspective to steer product strategy, and

• Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.

• Experience working with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).

• Extensive experience in the UX research field.

• Experience in programming languages used for data manipulation and computational statistics (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB, C++, Java, or Go).

• Experience applying statistical analysis methods such as Regressions, ANOVA, and T-Tests

• Experience translating research findings into strategic narrative

Preferred, not:

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines.

• Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will beto pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
