Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience with cloud native architecture and cybersecurity in a customer-facing or support role.
6 years of experience in cybersecurity, fraud, or cloud native architectures in a customer-facing role (e.g., threat detection, malware intelligence, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management systems) or fraud.
Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
Preferred qualifications:
Cloud or Security industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP).
Experience implementing security solutions for enterprises (e.g., threat detection and hunting, malware intelligence, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management systems) or fraud solutions for enterprises (e.g., account takeover prevention, payment fraud prevention, or other types of automated fraud).
Experience in software development, developing numerous web-based applications.
Knowledge of product and solution market trends in the cybersecurity or fraud industry (e.g., ransomware, attack frameworks, OWASP, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving, verbal, written communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
