Strong ability to work cross-functionally and engage with key stakeholders
Experience in hosting and executing events to showcase team value and impact
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing partnerships and executive relationships
Regional & Cultural Expertise
Deep understanding of EMEA markets and regional nuances in gifting and brand experiences
Ability to adapt gifting strategies to reflect local cultures, trends, and audience preferences
Experience navigating international logistics, compliance, tax, and vendor sourcing
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
10+ years of experience in brand partnerships, experiential marketing, or talent relations within the entertainment industry.
Proficiency in Air Table, Microsoft Word, Excel, G-Suite, Canva
