Establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements.
Coordinate quoting activity and allocate adequate resources to the quote activity.
Ensure accurate, timely responses to customer quotations.
Review, evaluate, and approve quotations for content and cost evaluation.
Possess financial and P&L knowledge, as well as product costing knowledge.
Apply manufacturing capabilities knowledge to provide comprehensive solutions for quotation requirements.
Responsible for data inputs that drive metrics and track business wins/losses

Liaise with business development managers, global account managers, and senior management for pricing approval.
Maintain project plan documents, procedures, and project deliverables.
Conduct presentations of technical information concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.
Provide advice to Project/Product Managers to achieve financial goals in accordance with established policies (Price reviews, Quote vs Actuals, Profit Improvement Plan, etc).
Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and professionals.
