What you'll do
- Analysis and support for strategic and operational steering, such as investigating financial investments and documenting existing processes
- Execution of periodic reports to increase financial transparency
- Support the periodic budget and forecast process by preparing templates and helping to gather input from different stakeholders
- Perform quality checks and Master Data maintenance
- Improvement of department’s internal processes and collaboration platforms by introducing new tools
- Drafting and reviewing presentations, business cases and articles
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) with preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Economics or Security related focus, ideally with a pre-degree
- Analytical skill set
- Self-driven and highly motivated team player with an open and flexible personality and willingness to learn
- Reliable in delivering results with high quality
- Systematic and effective working style
- Good written and verbal language skills in English is a must, advanced German skills is a plus
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel and Power Point) required, first experience with SAP tools desirable
