Channel Account Manager - OT


As a Channel Account Manager (CAM) for Operational Technology (OT), you'll drive our growth as a leader in Cybersecurity and SD-WAN by building and expanding our partnerships in the OT space. This role focuses on developing new OT-focused partners and empowering existing ones to bring our solutions to their customers.

You'll work closely with our partners to increase the adoption of our OT solutions, helping them grow and succeed through strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and ongoing training. This is a key role in which you’ll be accountable for revenue targets while strengthening our OT business.

Responsibilities

  • Build Partner Relationships: Drive OT sales by developing and supporting strategic partnerships in your territory.
  • Lead Training and Enablement: Deliver impactful training and guidance on our OT solutions to ensure partner success.
  • Develop Marketing Plans: Design and execute marketing strategies to boost pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Maintain strong communication to avoid channel conflicts and align with program guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in channel sales and territory management, ideally in OT, cybersecurity, or networking.
  • Proven ability to build strategic plans and marketing initiatives with partners.
  • Experience in sales training, opportunity management, and revenue achievement.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in both French and English.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
