Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying market potential and aligning with SAP’s go-to-market priorities.
- Translating customer needs into actionable demand plans to engage target segments effectively.
- Developing and executing demand plans across multiple sources to build pipeline and strengthen customer understanding.
- Monitoring and steering pipeline health for current and future quarters, focusing on sustainable growth.
- Prioritizing demand generation activities to attract new customers and support retention and expansion of existing accounts.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of customer-centric value propositions.
- Providing regular insights and updates on pipeline status and demand generation activities to leadership.
What you bring:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in demand planning, forecasting, or sales operations.
- Ability to independently manage projects and deliver within defined frameworks.
- Proficiency in building collaborative relationships across functions and with stakeholders.
- Experience in pipeline management and sales forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English & German.
- Familiarity with SaaS, cloud strategies, and high-tech industry dynamics.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A customer-focused mindset with influencing and stakeholder management capabilities.
Work experience:
- Solid experience in sales operations, demand generation, or sales enablement roles.
- Proven track record in executing demand plans aligned with business goals.
- Exposure to data-driven decision making and performance tracking.
- Experience within the software or technology sector is an advantage.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
The salary, exceeding the collective agreement, starts at a gross amount of €47.000 (excluding bonus) and varies according to individual qualifications and work experience.
