As a Managed Product Operations Associate, you will be responsible for executing key deliverables within the strategic business agenda across Wealth Management. You will ultimately be responsible to evaluate and make improvements to business processes, and subsequently execute the production tasks of the improved process. You will ensure the efficiency of business operations and create and implement changes or improvements as needed. You will generate documentation of existing processes and improvements, forecast expected results of process changes, analyze implemented changes and make further adjustments to workflow, schedules or other processes as required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver trade services related to Advisory & Discretionary managed Products, handling day to day tasks such as but not limited to trade corrections, account attribution, system testing, account attribution, model reconciliation and trade allocation.
  • Evaluate Existing Business Processes - break down various business processes with flowcharts, manuals and other documentation outlining current practices.
  • Create Documentation Outlining Process Improvements - write documents that explain changes and how to implement them
  • Conduct Ongoing Analyses - monitor and assess various processes to ensure that they are producing the desired outcomes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a business analyst.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a process associate.
  • Competency in process improvement techniques and business process modelling tools. Six Sigma will be an advantage.
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Superb recordkeeping, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Familiarity with wealth management and investment banking is preferred
