As People Operations and Analytics, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR Operations team in various functions. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS, prioritizing data integrity.
- Analyze data and trends to generate actionable insights.
- Contribute to the creation and updating of People Operations processes and documentation.
- Provide support for onboarding new hires and facilitating a smooth transition.
- Assist with benefits administration, such as enrollment, managing changes, and addressing employee inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee queries and enhance the overall employee experience.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 1+ years of experience as an analyst, focusing on HRIS and operations.
- Proficient in Excel and HRIS platforms.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal Hebrew and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels in the organization.
