Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

§ Accounting of partner payouts.
§ Computation of Payouts
§ Professional Tax Compliance
§ Computation of deductions from payouts
§ Coordination with Partners for various activities.
§ Printing of partnership / LLP deeds.
§ Adherence to statutory compliances related to MCA.
§ Preparation of various monthly and weekly MIS reports.

MBA
