U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS


· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
· 3+ years of experience using PC tools such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Adobe Acrobat
· 1+ years using an engineering development process


· A strong attention to detail
· Experience developing and running databases
· Some experience in engineering
· Flexible and open, ability to adapt to changing systems, processes, and projects
· Ability to develop and implement process improvement solutions to the engineering team’s MOS (Management Operating System)
· Business Acumen: Knowledge of current and emerging practices, methods, and information relating to discipline and application within the industry
· Problem Solving: Evaluates effective solutions based on root causes; seeks diverse opinions; applies six sigma procedures
· Conflict Management: Makes conflicts opportunities for improvement; strives for win / win resolutions
· Action Oriented: Works hard, full of energy; seizes opportunities when they arise
