1. Design and provide metrics for a north star guidance on business growth.
2. Build intelligence on big data to power MSN business like providing E2E solution for user cohort / personalization for product growth.
3. Build common analysis system to explain metrics movements on experiments and dashboards, to detect abnormal points with explainable reason and to evaluate real impacts from experiments.
4. Embrace LLM in Microsoft to facilitate your analysis.
5. Work closely with product managers and feature software engineers in global to embed your insights into products.
