Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

• Delivering and taking responsibility for exceptional client service through team delivery, consistently producing high quality work, demonstrating technical competence and insight
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and within EY, winning work proactively and contributing to winning new clients
• Managing the successful delivery of technically complex and demanding projects, ensuring technical excellence and taking practical/business driven approach
• Building networks and relationships internally and externally to drive the team’s and EY Law’s strategy

To qualify for the role you should have:

• 4-5 years of experience in legal profession, preferably some experience in consulting sector
• Experience in working with wide range of commercial matters, e.g. corporate, general commercial, transactional, regulatory, etc.
• Experience in contract drafting, contract negotiation and legal advisory matters, including drafting legal opinions and memoranda
• Legal degree obtained in Georgia, preferably with master’s degree (international education would be a plus)
• Certificate of Georgian Bar Association with common or civil law specialization
• Good communication skills
• Strong knowledge of professional English, knowledge of other languages would be a plus
• An ability to simultaneously manage different projects and manage tight deadlines
• Good analytical, organizational and team working skills
