Day-to-day tasks include
- System administration of trainings for the whole portfolio of SAP products
- Registration of customers to the trainings
- 1st level support and complaint management via hotline and ticketing system
- Issuing invoices/credit notes
- Preparation of period close, monthly reporting
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English and French
- Previous accounting or financial experience is an advantage; full training for the process will be provided by your buddy. We are looking for candidates who deliver quality work and want to improve their skills and efficiency in SAP systems.
