Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in strategy, analytics or insight-based product solutions.
1 year of experience working in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, client/stakeholder management, or a similar role.
Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience using analytics to solve business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and querying databases.
Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics, and expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to derive actionable insights.
Ability to build narratives to successfully influence clients utilizing data and insights.
Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders.
