Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in controls/automation in an industrial or commercial environment.
Ability to participate in material handling tasks such as lifting, carrying or moving up to 50 lbs of equipment, the required use of OSHA standard safety equipment such as limited weight bearing work platforms, ladders, step stools and personal protective equipment (PPE) like safety harnesses.
Experience with SCADA system back-end setup, programming, maintaining, designing, and integration.
Ability to work non-standard hours and work rotations/shifts.
Preferred qualifications:
Industry standard certifications related to system administration (e.g., CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Certified Linux system administrator).
5 years of experience in controls/automation, or construction/technical environment or a related field.
Experience in data centers, hospitals, power plants, or laboratories.
Experience as an electrician with a focus on industrial electrical systems and manufacturing critical components.
Familiarity with building management/monitoring systems and power monitoring systems.
Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems and performing repairs effectively.
