The job role is to fabricate new product with operating the different kinds of equipment, and you willSimple equipment maintenance and troubleshooting skills are preference. - Operate a variety of R&D equipment to support process development and engineering builds.- Assist in equipment setup, calibration, preventative maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.- Handle engineering materials, components, and parts, including receiving, storing, and tracking usage.- Support build execution by preparing tools, materials, and equipment, and recording process results.- Follow standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and cleanroom or lab guidelines.- Document and communicate issues clearly for resolution and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree and above with 2+ years working experiences in science and engineering related field.
- 2+ years working in clean room environment for equipment and process operation.
- Can read and follow technical instructions in both English and Mandarin.
- Flexibility of work shift including day shift or 2 days on/2 days off.
- Hands-on experience with equipment used in mechanical assembly, bonding, coating, dispensing or optical alignment.
- Knowledge of basic troubleshooting and maintenance techniques.
- Familiarity with engineering build processes and material handling.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or in a fast-paced team environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
