Your Key Responsibilities
- Engage with internal and client stakeholders to define solution roadmaps, strategic outcomes, and business transformation goals.
- Translate high-level business objectives into actionable technical requirements and architectural blueprints for AI, Digital Twin, and IoT-based ecosystems.
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: estimation, sprint planning, solution design, development oversight, testing, and go-live.
- Architect and enable solutions that incorporate Digital Twin frameworks, Digital Thread integration, AI/ML pipelines, and real-time data flows for operational intelligence.
- Guide cross-functional engineering, data, and platform teams through agile delivery cycles.
- Serve as the client-facing anchor for solution storytelling, demo orchestration, and strategic alignment workshops.
- Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies with marketing, sales, and pre-sales—framing offerings in terms of value, scalability, and business relevance.
- Identify opportunities to integrate GenAI, automation, and predictive intelligence into solution backbones to elevate business impact.
- Define and track success metrics (KPIs) post-deployment to ensure alignment with customer goals and business returns.
- Mentor high-performing teams and drive continuous learning in digital architecture, business communication, and delivery excellence.
- Create scalable patterns and reusable solution components for future business enablement and platformization.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- A master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 9–15 years of experience, with a strong foundation in digital solution delivery, enterprise technology, and client-facing engagements.
- Demonstrated experience in solution architecture, especially around Digital Twin, AI/ML, cloud-native platforms, and data-driven decision systems.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technology strategies and manage full lifecycle project delivery.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and connected ecosystems including IoT, Edge, and real-time processing.
- Experience in shaping GTM plans, technical proposals, and working with sales/pre-sales teams to close strategic deals.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
- Industry experience in BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, or retail where Digital Twin, AI, or IoT solutions have been successfully implemented.
- Hands-on exposure to delivery frameworks like Agile, SAFe, and tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
- Certifications in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), product ownership, or cloud platforms.
- Experience in business case creation, client workshops, and executive stakeholder management.
- A proven track record of driving digital transformation, innovation-led delivery, and organizational growth.
