Walkme is looking for a high-motivated, skilled, independent, and responsible
The bookkeeper will be responsible for the daily accounting duties and financial transactions in our books.
What will you actually be doing?
- Support month, quarter, and year closing procedures
- Manage AP balances including processing vendor invoices, maintaining approval flow and payments to our foreign vendors.
- Managing accruals expenses on a monthly basis.
- Direct communication with vendors on an ongoing basis.
- Responsible for travel & employee reimbursement system including review expenses reports and maintain approval flow.
- Work with our global subsidiaries.
- Assist and support in external audit process.
- Assist in improving, developing, accounting policies and procedures.
- Support in internal controls requests.
- Ad hoc accounting projects as needed.
What should you bring to the table?
- Certified bookkeeper (Minimum level 2. Type 3 is an advantage)
- 5+ years bookkeeping experience
- Experience in a Hi-Tech or multi-national company - Must
- High-level English (both spoken and written)
- Experience working with NetSuite - Advantage
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Team player and service-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
