About the RoleYou Will- Influence our overall product strategy; drive key product decisions through data and insights; set goals and KPIs and identify the right levers to achieve those goals.

- 7+ years of experience (or MS with 5+ years) in data science or analytics roles
- 2+ years of people management experience, managing data scientists and data analysts
- Experience in partnering with product teams to define goals, metrics, and experiments
- Track record of guiding teams through unstructured technical problems to deliver business impact
- Full stack experience across data science, analytics, and data engineering
- Graduate (PhD preferred) degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Passion for creating safe and healthy online communities
- Comfortable working with highly sensitive and/or disturbing content
