• Front-end development using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
• Application frameworks, such as React.
• Using web services via RESTful APIs and WebSockets.

• Strong written & verbal communication skills.

• Ability to self-motivate with a strong desire to learn, and ability to be flexible.
• Consistent record of learning new technologies and features on own initiative.
• A real passion for technology and software development.
• Excellent mathematical or scientific qualifications, with a flair for applying scientific approach to problem solving.

• A record of building outstanding Contact Center applications.
• WebRTC and media in Web apps.
• Analysing data in Grafana, Pinot, InfluxDB and Splunk.
• App development on web, mobile and desktop.
