What you’ll do
Lead Growth and Strategic Engagements:
Support sales in defining and positioning tailored value proposition and USP to our prospects and clients
Grow the scope and value of our proposition through implementation of high-standard value methodologies, tools, and assets
Identify, define and articulate business value case (ROI)
Manage internal and external stakeholders and teams to ensure the relevance and timely communication of our value proposition to customer stakeholders
Ensure internal stakeholder alignment on strategy and engagement at all times
Scale Value Proposition:
Diversify and bring our value proposition to market efficiently through new content creation on your owned subject matter
Collaborate with GTM teams, sales, presales, partners and marketing to define and publish relevant sales assets, deliver internal enablement
Drive Pipeline and Demand Growth:
Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, sales operations, and marketing teams to effectively communicate created or existing content in live/digital events across EMEA
Drive thought leadership through published articles, LinkeIn Posts on subject matter owned
Support Planning Processes:
Assist in account, territory, marketing, and partner planning
Share best practices and coach sales / pre-sales on new sales motions
Key Priorities:
Customers : Support senior sales teams with strategy, engagement, value proposition, and investment case for the most strategic customer engagements in the region
Content : Be a subject matter expert and PoC for relevant GTM topic (enterprise process, industry) by creating customer facing content, carrying out sales enablement
Pipeline : Drive pipeline creation through participation in live/digital customer events, publishing created material online, acting as thought leader on social media / events
Support sales planning processes though strong collaboration with GTM team, presales, business development, marketing, and partnerships
Drive continuous process improvement and feedback loops
What you bring
Fluency in English, additional language skills are a plus
Proficiency in ERP, SaaS/PaaS models, and cloud-based commerce/business
Professional experience in enterprise software sales, consulting and implementation, digital transformation project management
Proven experience in value positioning and driving strategic customer engagements
Expertise in program/project planning, C-level communications and management, qualitative and quantitative business value identification and evaluation (ROI)
Proficiency in end-to-end enterprise business processes, industry expertise preferred
Experience working in multi-cultural environments
Strong leadership, accountability and ownership attitude is required
Understanding of SAP’s global ecosystem, products and solutions, including knowledge of partners, markets, and competition.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
