Digital Resilience requirements will continuously change and develop, as a result the candidate must stay abreast of developments and translates them to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business.This role will impact the entire area of Digital Resilience Globally, which affects the overall performance andeffectiveness of Citi’s Enterprise Resilience function
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a firm wide Digital Resilience Strategy to mitigate IT Risk, Cyber risk as well as Third party and Data risk in situation of severe disruption.
The Digital Resilience Lead Analyst develops and manages implementation and maintenance or solutions formultiple functional areas within Digital Resilience.
be a Subject matter expert in Digital Resilience, assess Resiliency risks in a digital bank.
Defines, implements, and applies area wideResiliencypolicies and standards by leveraging knowledge of globally accepted information security and or Continuity of Business principles. Identifies and utilizes a global risk management tools.
Manage all related DigitalResiliencydeliverables such as : Critical Business Services (CBS) Impact Analysis, Recovery Plans, Crisis Management plans, Table Top Exercises.
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup.
Qualifications:
Experiencewith complex program implementations, risk and/or relationship management. Knowledge of Citi business operationsand technology.
Ability to manage projects, expectations and maintain key relationships.
Familiarity with the emerging regulatory environment as it relates toResiliency risk management.
Advanced project management, data analysis and reporting ability; with a good understanding of supporting technologies (applications, reporting tools, and data presentation).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s/Universitydegree, Master’s degree preferred
