Job summary:
As the Asset Management Client Skills Training Facilitation and Training Associate on the Asset Management Client Skills Training team you will be responsible for developing, designing, and delivering a suite of training programs. You will have a passion for helping professionals become more productive and trusted Client-facing professionals is paramount. The Asset Management Client Skills team covers Client Advisors, Investment Specialists, and Client Service teams within J.P. Morgan Asset Management Business.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage project plans and timelines, coordinate logistics, and measure the success of training initiatives. Drive the implementation of our Asset Management Training Strategy.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to design engaging training content, assessments, and workshops. Ensure content builds on foundational programs and bridges to advanced learning.
- Support strategic initiatives and key priorities – providing insights for continuous improvement. Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders to drive our training strategy
