You will:

• Support implementation of lean manufacturing activities (e.g., Kaizen, Gemba) to optimize production processes
• Participate in problem solving groups
• Analyze root causes of problems to implement continuous improvement actions
• Drafting and publication of work instructions
• Create charts, graphs, and other visualizations to provide recommendations and insights

• Analytical skills and unconventional approach to solving problems / creativity
• Theoretical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen and formal problem-solving tools
• Ability to efficiently communicate in English and Polish (both verbal and written)
• Good knowledge of MS Office

Desirable Requirements

• Graduates from 2+ year university or program within 0-12 months of graduation
