Description
This individual contributor role will have significant responsibilities in making decisions, collaborating with multi-functional teams, vendors and suppliers around the globe during the entire development cycle- Lead on product specifications, design, prototyping, factory manufacturing- Establish and manage feature baseline, scheduling, critical path, and risks- Drive enclosure vendors and FATP factories day-to-day activities to meet project objectives- Plan and execute product prototype builds- Communicate and present in various forums to wide ranges of audiences
Minimum Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineering related degree or relevant work experience
- New product introduction (NPI) experience of hardware products
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
Preferred Qualifications
- BS Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering
- More than 2 years experience working as program manager for hardware development
- Experience in consumer electronic product
- Experience working with contract manufacturers
- Experience in Factory Fixture, Assembly, Testing, Logistic
- Excellent presentation, communication and articulation skills
- Eager to learn
