As theyou will be a Senior Leader within the new UK Distribution Campus organisation with responsibility for landing a global vision in a local setting with lasting impact. This role will support the Program until go live in Summer 2027, and continue beyond to grow and nuture a great place to work within the community. The role requires effective partnerships with multiple stakeholders to bring our ambitious vision to life, and showcase the very best of our European Logistics Campus (ELC) magic in a new location. You will wrap the right presence, the right people and the right processes together into a compelling narrative that inspires a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

The role will be based on the new 35 acre Campus site in Corby, with occasional travel required to our existing Distribution Campus in Belgium and our European Headquarters in Hilversum.

WHAT YOU BRING?

• Demonstrable experience in the successful delivery of large scale projects with multiple stakeholders, ideally in logistics.

• A seasoned team player with clear progressive experience in engaging and inspiring a range of internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience in building, leading, motivating, mentoring, and inspiring highly productive teams to deliver on time and with creativity.

• A track record of Influencing organizations towards time-critical decision making and creating and creating a culture of ownership and innovation.

• A great communicator, able to convey your thoughts, ideas and opinions clearly and concisely face-to-face or virtually to all levels up and down stream.

• Demonstrable ability to work in a large, matrixed organization, successfully influencing others and building collaborative partnerships to deliver large scale projects.

• A high-performance mindset: bias for action, drive for impactful results, while demonstrating positive attitude and comfortable managing ambiguity.
