As a Consumer Security Operations VP within Global Security, you will play a crucial role in supporting Consumer Security Operations by developing and maintaining reports, tools and business intelligence (BI) solutions to enhance the effectiveness of security operations. You will focus on creating and managing dashboards, reports, and data analytics using tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and SQL. Additional focus will include ensuring that the Consumer Security Operations team has access to accurate and timely data to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement; and will also be responsible for the execution of both the Risk Management and Guard Management Programs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools like Alteryx, Tableau, and SQL to provide insights into security operations.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can inform security strategies and decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular validation checks.
• Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of security operations.
• Collaborate with the Consumer Security Operations Governance and Training Lead to identify relevant metrics that align with the Consumer Security strategy.
• Design and implement BI solutions that support data-driven decision-making within the Consumer Security Operations team.
• Create automated processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to streamline reporting and analysis.
• Work closely with the Consumer Security team to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis to enhance security operations and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Branch Administration and Operations (BAO) team, to ensure alignment with overarching security goals.
• Create high-impact executive PowerPoint presentations, with ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling visuals for senior leadership.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence
• Proficiency in Excel, with advanced skills in data manipulation, pivot tables, and complex formula creation, ensuring efficient data handling and analysis.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Expertise in creating high-impact executive PowerPoint presentations, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling visuals tailored for senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
