In this role, you will:
- Supervise varying levels of professionals in consulting and risk based security products and services based on defined protocols, tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality and compliance Corporate Security
- Identify opportunities for developing, recommending, and implementing physical security equipment standards and policies to minimize the associated risks of criminal incidents against company assets, team members, or customers
- Make day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to coordination, installation, upgrade, conversion or servicing of alarm systems, access controls, cameras and all other types of physical security equipment under direction of Corporate Security management
- Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with Vendors, Colleagues and managers
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Corporate Security
- Be responsible for selection, evaluation, and development of staff
Responsibilities focus on project work for the coordination, installation, upgrade, conversion or servicing of alarm systems, access controls, cameras, and all other types of physical security equipment, working with other support partners in the company.
Responsible to maintain an effective working knowledge of state-of-the-art security systemsequipment standards and technology encompassing all security products.
Accountable for all aspects of security equipment project management, to include feasibility studies, financial forecasting, project planning, budgeting, tracking, quality assurance and overall vendor communication and management.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Corporate Security experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ year of Leadership experience
- Graduation from recognized University
