Partner with Volunteer Leadership Groups to facilitate local volunteer opportunities
Work with Location Leadership and Business Leads to build community partnerships (e.g., local businesses, government relations)
Support Green & Sustainability initiatives
Site
Manage rollout of site-specific initiatives
Coordinate with Chief Administrative Office functions to deliver improved campus offerings and address all site related Chief Administrative Office issues
Raise Global Real Estate project requests if needed
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
2+ years of broad Tech, Ops or “other related support” experience, Program or Project Management background preferred
Superior organizational and project management skills, strong attention-to-detail, and self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and effectively partner with all levels of the organization across all functions within a location to foster a collaborative, positive culture
Proven ability to present to a variety of audiences in a concise, informative, and timely manner
