Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing forecasts for a product/portfolio either individually or with 1-2 associates.

• Collaboration with Country/Regional/Global stakeholders for validating assumptions

• Translating therapy area knowledge and complex market dynamics into requirements and communicating to development team

• Validating forecast assumptions using statistical techniques like Monte Carlo and/or secondary market research

• Managing projects plans and ensuring timely quality deliverables.

• Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3-8 years' experience with Management/Pharma/Engineering background

• Mandatory Pharma experience

• Relevant forecasting or data analytics experience

• Ability to generate ideas to solve vague problems.

• Should have managed projects end-to-end individually or in team

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Strong business acumen and awareness of brand, therapy area and market dynamics of the US market or other key markets

• Experience of communicating in global multi country / multi-cultural environment

• Basic statistical knowledge

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint

• Other skillsets (good to have): Spotfire, Tableau, Python, R, SQL
