JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities


· Manage suppliers and other indirect items
· Creation and processing of department purchases and invoices
· Support processing of expense reports
· Responsible for internal communications
· Assist with travel planning
· Manage complex meeting/calendar organization
· Mail Room pickup and delivery
· Coordinate employee engagement and customer events
· Provide general support to visitors and new employees
· Support entry of service requests for facility and equipment

YOU MUST HAVE

· High School Diploma

· Proven administrative assistant experience or in a similar role
· Excellent computer literacy in a variety of Microsoft and web-based programs
· Strong organizational skills
· Professional and courteous communication
· Ability to easily and effectively juggle many priorities and competing demands
· Individuals who are self-motivated and do things before being asked by others or forced to by events
· Highly dependable and trustworthy and able to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
· Associate's degree preferred
· Experience with SAP is preferred
