Your responsibilities will be to:
Carry out the vision and mission of Internal Audit to implement a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate risk and controllership
Actively participate in Global initiatives aimed at improving Internal Audit’s processes and procedures
Has the authority to, if needed, change the audit scope and approach or ask for additional resources during an assignment
Review and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with corporate policies and procedures
Perform risk based Internal Audit engagements (internal audit and fraud examination) under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Internal Audit
Conducting engagement on regional and global level
Identify and clearly define audit findings with root causes, recommend improved internal controls and business processes, and ensure that corrective action plans are developed and implemented
Prepare audit work papers and draft audit findings for Senior Manager reviews
Present audit findings to Internal Audit Leadership
Support management on enhancing profitability and protect company assets
Provide supervision and coaching of less experienced team members
Our requirements:
Bachelor / Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing
Minimum 3 to 5 years of related experience, of which at least 3 years was in an audit role (manufacturing environment is strongly preferred)
Excellent coaching skills and ability to contribute to the staff auditors’ professional development
Proficient knowledge regarding accounting regulations
Strong English language skills (verbal and written), additional languages are a plus
Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 40%
Excellent presentation and communication skills
High analytical skills, fast learner
Proactive behavior and ability to work independently
