Account Management & Performance:Support the management of third-party gift card partners by assisting with activations, tracking key KPIs (liability, redemption, breakage, upsell, margin), and contributing to initiatives that drive partner growth and overall business performance.
Partner Coordination:Support managing selected third-party accounts distributing adidas gift cards across digital and physical channels, maintaining relationships with integrators and ensuring smooth collaboration across partner touchpoints.
Contract & Stakeholder Support:Support commercial discussions and contract reviews by preparing materials and documentation. Act as a coordination point for internal and external stakeholders, helping resolve issues and support joint initiatives.
Forecasting & Reporting:Contribute to weekly reporting and monthly forecasting by compiling data, analyzing partner performance, and assessing marketing and promotional impact to generate actionable insights.
Branding: Ensure all partner activities adhere to adidas brand guidelines, supporting premium execution, consistent representation, and clear partner communication across channels.
Operational Coordination: Support collaboration between adidas, issuing platforms (e.g., SVS), and third-party partners on data sharing, inventory management, and issue resolution to maintain operational excellence.
Risk Management:Assist in gathering data and insights to support risk mitigation efforts.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Basic understanding of Gift Card and/or Rewards industry is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and support forecasting
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative and proactive approach to cross-functional teamwork
Eagerness to learn and grow within a commercial role.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
HBO/university degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1-2 years in account management, commercial operations, or partner management
Experience in fashion, retail, or sporting goods is a plus
Exposure to EU gift cards, loyalty industry, or eCommerce preferred
Proficient in English; additional European languages are a plus
