- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise software or cloud space.
- Leadership experience within a quota-carrying team, such as people management, team lead, mentorship or coaching.
- Experience selling Databases or data management technologies to clients.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with technical stacks and Google Cloud Databases offerings (e.g., Cloud SQL, Oracle, MySQL, Postgres, and application development).
- Experience planning and organizing go-to-market strategies, business programs, and business activity within the team and territory.
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams to impact business goals, customer experience, and expansion.
- Experience in people and business management, supporting the career development of a sales team and driving business growth.
- Experience leveraging knowledge of relevant products, solutions, and market trends, with the ability to analyze business performance data or market changes, to drive the direction.
- Excellent problem solving, communication, presentation, and program management skills.
