JOB DESCRIPTION

Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of programspecific performance within Honeywell Global Engineering Services and the ChiefEngineering/Product Engineering organization. Responsibilities will include supporting Momentum Factory Support, DMAICand Supplier support activities impacting the Honeywell Rocky Mount, NC location andthe sister divisions supporting that facility. In addition, you will have Class II Design Authority for the EnginesSite for Phase 6 ECNs supporting ISC and will be leading the Engineering effortto release those ECNs as well as MRB authority. You will partner with worldclass engineer's and leaders to implement product strategies, develop programschedules and milestones, define technology roadmaps, and drive improvements inengineering quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Class II Design Authority for Phase 6 ECNs
  • Manage MRB activity processed through the facility.
  • Work closely with Operations & Quality to control & reduce MRB activity using root cause analysis & corrective action response
  • Work independently & effectively in a cross functional teams
  • Integration with ISC effort events as well as agile projects to review proposed processing changes to ensure product integrity
  • Estimation development and analysis
  • Provide support of program cost, schedule, performance & risk mitigation
  • Drives execution of Engineering MRB & mitigates risk in a timely manner
  • Budget analysis
  • Schedule and Milestone development/mgmt.
  • Customer interface
  • Metric development/reporting
  • Vendor interface
  • Project Performance metrics
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years experience in engineering
