As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for end to end management of data and transparency reporting efforts; with a specific emphasis on driving, evolving, and completing key regulatory reporting deadlines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish repeatable, scalable practices, while also working to anticipate and respond to needs as they surface.
  • 5+ years of program management experience with consumer-facing data program management, with a strong preference for experience with online safety data and transparency reporting and/or regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools with a demonstrated experience running complex, cross-functional projectsin dynamic or evolving environments .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively, with a focus on delivering meaningful outcomes.
  • Strong technical proficiency and attention to detail, high level of comfort with technical data for regulatory reporting and compliance, and ease in engaging with data analysts and technical teams for delivery.
  • A pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, with a willingness to compromise and find creative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Trust and Safety experience strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Hadoop, Python, working with Data Lakes, Javascript, PySpark is a plus.
  • Flexible working style with the ability to establish trust and credibility quickly.
  • Process-minded with an excitement to join a new team and support the development of governance procedures and protocols in partnership with others.
