Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams to assess strategies and support the launch of new campaigns.
  • Track and analyze CRM KPIs, providing recommendations to maintain focus and effectiveness.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests to enhance campaign performance and business outcomes.
  • Create automated dashboards and reports to ensure company-wide understanding of CRM
  • Monitor and refine customer segmentation to improve targeting and personalization.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover insights into player behavior and campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate marketing campaigns using data-driven methods to understand player engagement and segment-specific responses.
What we expect
  • 1.5-3 years of experience as an analyst in data-driven organizations, preferably within marketing or CRM environments.
  • BSc/BA in a highly quantitative field such as Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent academic background.
  • Proficient in SQL with proven experience querying large, complex datasets.
  • Experience with BI visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks independently while maintaining a proactive and organized approach.
  • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
Desired
  • Experience in the gaming industry is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and modeling; hands-on experience with Python or R is a plus.
