As a Transactions Specialist in Retirement Services Operations, you will be responsible for supporting our Consumer Banking clients with their legacy Individual Retirement Arrangement (IRA) accounts. A typical day involves reviewing for completeness imaged copies of distribution forms and legal documents submitted by beneficiaries seeking to claim IRA assets of deceased owners. If paperwork is complete, you would process the IRA distribution request that includes issuing a check or depositing proceeds into a bank account. Other responsibilities include sending letters to clients and bankers asking them to provide additional information to comply with distribution requests.

Work Schedule
- During training, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time with a lunch period and breaks Monday through Friday
- After training, work a hybrid schedule of Monday through Wednesday in the office and Thursdays and Fridays working from home using company-supplied equipment. New hire choose one of three shifts: 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.; 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m. or 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. - all schedules have a 30-minute lunch with two, 15-minute breaks, one in the morning, the other in the afternoon
This position may require you to work non-traditional hours and/or additional hours as business needs arise. Work schedule might be subject to change.
