• Any Graduate / Postgraduate
• 4 to 6 Years of experience in SuccessFactors with good exposure of Employee Central.
• Certification is must.





Employee Central and Time Management:

• We are seeking candidates who have 4 to 6 years of Relevant experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time-Off Management.
• Certified and proficient in SuccessFactors Employee Central, with at least one end-to-end implementation experience.
• Configure the Time Management module in SAP SuccessFactors based on business requirements and best practices in a multi-country environment.
• Strong firsthand experience in configuring Employee central module - Custom objects, Role based permissions (RBP). Must have worked on MDF, Foundation objects, Associations, Business rules, workflows etc.
• Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs in the SuccessFactors Employee Central & Time Management module, following best practices.
• Knowledge Time Off processes and implementation experience
• Analyse business requirements and transform into SF workbook.
• Work Schedule, Holiday Calendar , Time Off Set ups, Time off workflows, Time Off Integration, Simple to Complex Time off rules like Accruals, Hire , Termination, Interim , Period end processing , Leave Recalculation , Leave Encashment
• Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and end-to-end testing for Time Management module.
• Stay up to date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and enhancements related to absence management. Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation of the solution design, configuration settings, and system processes. Generate reports and analytics to provide insights into absence trends, patterns, and compliance.
