Core responsibilities will vary but may include:
Effectively manage a team of project managers, supporting prioritizing work and bandwidth aligning to the highest priorities. Inclusive of coaching and skill building to elevate delivery talent across the HDT team
Autonomously design, manage and execute large-scale projects with moderate to high levels of complexity to ensure successful delivery
Ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work on teams with ambiguous ownership models and cross-functional stakeholders
Embody a proactive approach at all times when leading people and projects
Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
Display strong consulting and collaboration skills to work with partners to understand business problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution, escalating as necessary to meet timelines
Leverage effective problem solving skills to drive the strategic direction of the respective process or project team, which may include defining team scope and impact, strengthening partner interaction models, and communicating team goals across relevant stakeholders
Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes with a focus on customer needs

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 4 Years of Project Management or Process Management experience
At least 1 Year of People Management experience
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of People Management experience
Experience working with Product teams or as a Product Manager
Proficiency with Google Suite products (ie: Sheets, Slides, Docs)
Knowledge of Talent Acquisition
