As a Business Analyst II in Vehicle Remarketing/Auto Finance, you will playwill play a critical role in ensuring that the department operates smoothly and efficiently. By providing accurate and timely reports, optimizing reporting processes, and maintaining essential documentation, this role supports informed decision-making and continuous improvement within the department.

• Generate and distribute daily production reports that provide critical insights into the department's performance.Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with departmental goals and objectives.
• Respond for ad-hoc reporting requests from various stakeholders, providing customized data analysis and insights as needed.
• Prioritize and manage multiple requests to ensure timely delivery of reports.
• Track and monitor all incoming reporting requests to ensure they are addressed efficiently.
• Maintain a log of requests, including their status and resolution, to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Create and update documentation for all user tools and BI applications used within the department.
• Ensure documentation is clear, comprehensive, and easily accessible to all users.
• Analyze reporting processes to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Consolidate duplicate or similar reporting requests to streamline workflows and reduce redundancy.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analysis and BI to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement updates and improvements to tools and applications.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with Alteryx for data preparation and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast moving environment
• Comfortable explaining and translating complex code into digestible information to be consumed by various business partners.
