Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in accounting or a related function.
- Certification in ACA/ACCA/CIMA or DCG.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in accounting or public multinational high-tech companies with process and strategic improvements.
- Understanding of accounting principles, including the United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), IFRS, French GAAP, or Portuguese GAAP.
- Ability to handle a varied and diverse workload, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, high degree of attention to detail and a commitment to continuous process improvement.
- Excellent team player with the ability to drive results, shows leadership, and possesses strong negotiating skills.
- Excellent people management and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in French or Portuguese fluently to work with stakeholders in this region.
