What you’ll do

Expected Start Date: August 2025

Contract Duration: 8 months

Work Hours: 40 hours per week

Communications Support:

  • Develop and execute internal communications initiatives, such as managing our editorial calendar, creating presentations, drafting emails and event invites, and building promotional channels
  • Manage our brand toolkit and templates, acting as a brand advocate to ensure design guidelines are followed


Operational Support:

  • Assess and enhance current program processes and operations
  • Perform reporting tasks like tracking our events, channels, and engagement metrics
  • Support event leads to deliver memorable events for the SAP development community

What you bring

Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who is passionate about communications, operations, and possesses an overall agile project management mindset.

  • Demonstrated business and marketing skills
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented with a project management approach to structuring work assignments
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience maintaining documentation, guidelines, and best practices
  • Creative problem-solving approach
  • Analytics capabilities
  • Proficient in working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Experience or interest in event and process management
  • Excellent time management and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Flexibility to work with a global team in various time zones
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate is a plus
  • Graphic design, web design, and video editing skills are a plus
