This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell. This apprenticeship is set up for 24 months starting in January 2025.

Responsibilities:

Work with a Sr Project Manager on multiple projects to ensure an excellent execution and deliver on-budget and on-time

Track, plan and coordinate in detail the implementation of projects including the costs, schedule, performance, status and budgets.

Use specific project engineering software tools

Assess project risks and blockers.

Track and own some elements of the continuous quality improvement efforts such as localization quality assurance and localization and engineering bug triage.

Skills and Qualifications:

Be eligible for an apprenticeship contract.

Advanced student or recent graduate from a Master´s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication or Management Engineering

Ability to balance multiple cross-functional stakeholders with varying needs of complexity.

Flexibility to deal with changes, delays, interruptions, and unexpected events

Fluent in both Italian and English

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written): you are able to break down complex topics into simple solutions and ideas
