As the NPT PM, you will be responsible for the end-to-end success of product launch initiatives within manufacturing. You’ll lead complex programs, aligning teams across engineering, supply chain, and operations to bring cutting-edge products to maturity.Your key responsibilities will include:
: Oversee early manufacturing builds to drive learning and meet pilot milestones.: Partner with Product Management and Engineering to improve designs and manufacturability.
: Analyze product readiness and proactively address risks to ensure smooth production ramp.
: Deliver high-level presentations and strategic updates to senior stakeholders.
: Define project scopes, develop schedules, plan resources, and track budgets and deliverables.Required Qualifications:
• Deepunderstanding of manufacturing operations, product lifecycle, and change management processes.
• Provenability to communicate clearly and persuasively across engineering, operations, and executive leadership.
• Strongleadership in matrixed environments with the ability to manage complexity, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience
• Excellentanalytical skills and a proactive approach to risk and issue management.
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
• Bachelor’sdegree in a technical field (engineering or equivalent).Preferred Skills:
• Hands-onmanufacturing engineering experience.
• PMPor Scrum certification.
• Experiencewith SAP.
• Backgroundin the semiconductor industry is a plus.
